AN INTERACTIVE WEB APP TO REDUCE UNCONSCIOUS BIAS

Screen developed from the word 'equality.'  My task was to develop a comprehensive platform - app, webpage, branding, and marketing - that all derived from this initial word.  I decided to create an interactive web app that places imagery in front of a skype screen so that unconscious bias could be removed from online interviews.   While some of the interactions are rather cheeky, the need to remove bias has become quite topical.
